Mortgage broker serving Kamloops and the Thompson region: lender options by phone or video

I'm Matt, a licensed BC mortgage broker. I help people in Kamloops and the surrounding Thompson region buy, renew and refinance by phone or video. I compare lenders instead of selling you one bank's products, and I tell you straight what a lender will ask about your property.

Kamloops market snapshot (August 2026)

There were 217 sales, down 1.4%, and 374 new listings, down 12.0%. Active listings were 1,406, down 5.3%. The single-family benchmark price was $669,100 (up 0.9%), the townhouse benchmark $508,400 (down 2.5%) and the condo benchmark $375,900 (down 1.1%).

Sales were close to last year with fewer new listings, so knowing your numbers early helps when the right home comes up.
