When you send the contact form: your first name, email, phone (optional), what you are working on, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (utm values). If you tick a consent box, I record which box, plus the date and time.

Form details are stored in my customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and with the website host (Cloudflare). Both may store data outside Canada.
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel. Those tools set cookies so I can measure visits and see which ads led someone to the site or to send a form. They do not receive your age, home value, mortgage amounts, or the words you type in a form.
